Influences:  I've been fortunate to have many influences in my lifetime.  The Lord blessed me with an awesome youthgroup and used it along with the friends I made during that time to help me become the person I am today.  That being said, I would say that my mother has had the greatest amount of influence in my life as she has encouraged me in every way to pursue my dreams and to do the  things that I love.  Mom also instilled Godly principles in our lives (my brothers and mine) which have been the foundation to our faith in Christ.  I'm blessed to have such a wonderful mother and even more now for a wife who continues to encourage and challenge me everyday to be the best person I can be for Christ.

Testimony:  I was born into a Christian home and accepted Christ into my heart at a very young age.  My parents had the honor of leading me to Christ and I can't wait to have the same opportunity for my children.  During the start of my teenage years I started to waiver from Christ but quickly got plugged into a great youthgroup and rededicated my life to Christ.  From that point on, I've strived to know Christ in a more personal way every day.  I still waiver and fail miserably as a Christian but have learned through God's grace that He is always there waiting with open arms to welcome me back on our continual journey.  I've been blessed in so many ways it's truly amazing.  I married an incredible woman who keeps me accountable and now the Lord has blessed us with one of His own children.  It's exciting yet scary to think that I will have a huge influence in my daughter's life, but I just pray that the Lord gives me the wisdom and strength to raise her in a home that honors and loves Christ with all of our hearts.
